2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 591 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 140(3) of BNS and later on Sections 103, 61(2), 238 of the BNS was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, because the deceased was in relationship with one Sangita Kumari, he was killed by the petitioner and other accused persons.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.4.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is not involved in the crime.

6. Learned counsel for the informant and the State have opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner had taken the deceased along with others and thereafter the deceased was killed.

8. Considering the facts of the case and the fact that the petitioner has participated in taking the deceased and thereafter the deceased was killed and also considering the fact that the bail application of the co-accused Sangita Kumari has already been dismissed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
