The petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2014 in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.191 of 2013 registered for the offences under Sections 376 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with one another co-accused has tried to commit rape on the daughter of the informant. However, the said bid was foiled. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant and the petitioner are at litigating terms and the said case has been filed after a delay of about 12 days from the alleged date of occurrence. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that admittedly, there is a delay of 12 days in filing the present case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Goraul P.S.
