Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.531 of 2018, registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 47.370 liters of liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise at Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Exicise Case No.531 of 2018.
