JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of The Public Gambling Act, 1867.

It is alleged that on suspicion that accused are running gambling house raid was laid, when two persons were apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that except confession of the co-accused nothing has been found against the petitioners and petitioners were never been made accused in similar nature of case. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31565 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
