The sole petitioner, apprehends his arrest in Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 188, 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been made accused in the present case showing recovery of about 60 litres of Mahua, whereas, the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let the
