JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhnour P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Two bottles containing 360 ml. Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of
