Considering that the State seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties in B.P. No. 862 of 2011 arising out of Barsoi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2011 by the vacant Judge, Katihar.

It has been submitted that the Opposite Party is notorious criminal and he is disturbing law and order of Katihar. Considering the aforesaid, the Court below is directed to call for a report about the criminal activity of the Opposite Party and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as also conclude the trial expeditiously for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2011, to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26727 of 2012 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Katihar, and the Superintendent of Police, Katihar, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.

With aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed off.
