The petitioner seeks to assail the order of termination dated 16.09.2013, but this Court would find that the services of the petitioner itself would be based on a tenure of one year which came to an end on 31.07.2012 in view of the agreement entered into between the petitioner and the Establishment of Deputy Collector, Aurangabad.
In that view of the matter, this Court, having also found that the performance of the petitioner for the period of his working was not found satisfactory and that his services have been
