The petitioner is accused in a case under sections 379/120B and other allied sections of the IPC. The allegation is that 15 named persons along with a mob of 250 persons armed with bow and arrow, forcibly captured the land of the informant and took away his spade, Khanti and other agricultural utensils and threatened with dire consequences.

The petitioner submits that he is not named in the FIR and some other persons, named later on, have already been allowed bail and he is in custody since 30.1.2014. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner as mentioned above is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47437 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea in K.Nagar Police station Case No. 497 of 2013, GR no. 3684 of 2013.

The petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
