02. 03.08.2016 This application has been filed seeking extension of time allowed to petitioners to appear before the Court below in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2012 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, while allowing them the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the statement made in the modification application, the same is allowed.

The time granted to the petitioners by order dated 10.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36094 of 2015 is, hereby, extended by two weeks from today.
