Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30/30 A of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 12.07.2019. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Industrial Area Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
