This application for regular bail arises out of Hajipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 419 of 2020, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26, 35 of Arms Act, and under Sections 20, 22 23, 24, 27, 27(A), 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('NDPS Act' for short) Allegedly, from the petitioner's possession 1kg 200 grams of Charas was recovered. The quantity of the narcotic substance allegedly recovered from the petitioner's possession, being commercial in nature, in view of Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
