The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. On secret informant raid was laid when the petitioner was apprehended with photo copy of the admit card of appointment of constable, original mark-sheet of different persons, mobile, blue tooth device and motorcycle and from his house CPU, Monitor, printer, mobile charger, original application form of Railway Recruitment Board, sim cards and one SBI pass book were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49585 of 2014 (02) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 petitioner that the seizure list not reflect that the petitioner was collecting money for getting the people appointed as constable. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S.
