The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.579 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 385 and 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From paragraph 5 of the case diary it appears that the thatched house of the informant is still standing and it has not been burnt.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63936 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.579 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
