2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 270 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the father of Sunita Devi and his participation in the crime has also surfaced.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61410 of 2024(3) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 charges have been framed they will produce the witnesses on the dates fixed.

6. Considering the allegation and the brutal murder of the deceased by the accused person including the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
