The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner who is mother-inlaw of the deceased lady. He has also produced a copy of the order passed in regular bail application by which the husband of the deceased lady has been extended the regular bail vide order dated 09.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54438 of 2015. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the cause of death could not be determined, let the

No.32451 of 2016 (2) dt.16-11-2016 P2/2 petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Kishanganj, in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 214/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
