JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467,468,469,471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners and others is that they applied for appointment of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of false claim that they qualified Bihar Elementary Teachers Eligibility Test. Subsequently, their claims were found false.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38672 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were not appointed on the basis of their false claim. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that non grant of bail will jeopardize the future career of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.136 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
