The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- "That this writ application has been filed by the petitioners above named being a PDS dealer for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents for payment of admitted Commission or Margin Money amount which is dues since March 2020 to October 2020 in current rate with interest for which the petitioner has been lifted food grains and distributed the same under the scheme of PMGKAY in
Patna High Court CWJC No.12038 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 the said period, for which the petitioners submitted applications and the authority concerned admittedly forwarded the same to the higher authority after that the same has not paid so far."

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the facts that the petitioners have already given representations to the Respondent No. 3 ventilating their grievance (Annexure 1 series). The present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the counsels. The Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the representations (Annexure 1 series) made by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In case the petitioners are so advised, they can give a fresh representation to the Respondent No. 2 ventilating their grievance and if any such representation is given, the Respondent No. 2 shall pass necessary orders on the same.
5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
