2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 108 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed his wife along with others.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2025.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case as initially the case has been registered under Section 108 of the BNS but the charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 80 of the BNS. The marriage of the petitioner and the deceased was solemnized 14 years ago and

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Basopatti P.S.
