JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Gogri P.S. Case No. 169/18, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per the F.I.R. is that petitioner along with others came variously armed with pistols, rifles and other weapons started indiscriminate firing and further allegation that one Anwar fired, which hit one Shah Alam causing injury on his chest.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed to these

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 169/18, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
