JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 20(b) (II) (A) of the NDPS Act.

As per the prosecution case, 500 grams of Ganja has been recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovered Ganja is less than the small quantity. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 6.6.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
