2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57604 of 2023(2) dt.04-09-2023 2/3 324, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons, who are petitioners here, variously armed, came at the house of informant and started abusing her and on protest by her daughter and daughter-in-law, the accused persons assaulted both of them, due to which, they sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Doctor has found simple injury. Both parties are close door neighbours. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of
