Petitioner is in jail custody with effect from 15.06.2013, the trial has already begun.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as there is allegation of assault levelled against him on the person of the deceased. Let the trial (Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 27/2013, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 858/2013, pending in the court of Ad hoc Addl.
