The petitioner, who retired long back in the year 2004 has approached this court by filing the present petition in the year 2014 with a prayer to direct the respondents to release the amount of Rs. 788.28 pertaining to the old GPF Account No.1273 of the petitioner deposited from the year 1972 -73 to November, 1976 with up- to- date statutory interest. Besides this, further prayer has been made to release the difference of salary from 1.1.1971 to 31.3.1973 with statutory interest, besides other reliefs.

From the writ petition it is evident that the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.757 of 2014 (5) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 without approaching the authority concerned demanding justice directly has approached this court by filing the present writ petition.

In view of the fact that petitioner retired long back in the year 2004 and no demand of justice has been made, the petition stands dismissed.
