2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act registered in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. No. 04 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact the case of theft of electricity has not been made out against the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the order of learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur dated 11.05.2016 in A.B.P. No. 695 of 2016 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to the conditions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32553 of 2016 (3) dt.29-08-2016 stipulated therein, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
