The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni Rail P.S.Case No137 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching mobile of the informat and he was arrested on chase by the informant and handed over to the police.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no seizure list has been prepared and he is in custody for more than three months, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73949 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Rail Barauni Distt. Begusarai in connection with Barauni Rail P.S.Case nO.137 of 2018..
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
