The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017 registered under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is father and petitioners no. 2 and 3 are full brothers of co-accused Ramji Sah, who had allured the victim girl, daughter of the informant with intention to marry her. Further submission is that other co-accused persons, against whom there is similarly allegation, have already been granted bail by the Trial Court.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15945 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Saran, Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
