Grievance of the petitioner is that he was working with the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) and superannuated on 31.08.2016, his gratuity has not been released till date.
Learned counsel appearing for the BIADA submitted that the matter shall be looked into by the Managing Director of the Authority within four weeks from today. In case, if it is found that gratuity has not been released, the same shall be released
Patna High Court CWJC No.3538 of 2021 dt.17-11-2021 2/2 forthwith. If there is any legitimate reason for denying the same, a speaking order shall be passed and the same shall be delivered at the residential address of the petitioner.
