JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Bihta P.S.case no. 437 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is that they were caught red handed while committing theft of cable wire and from

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are employees of the informant company whose wages for four months are due to him. The petitioner is not paying the due amount in spite of repeated demand by the petitioners and other workers. In spite of making payment the present case was instituted. The petitioners are in custody since 02.07.2014. Looking to the period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in Bihta P.S.Case no. 437/2014.
