2. In view of pleadings on record, it appears that the retiral dues have substantially been paid.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact and prays that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the Registrar of J. P. University with regard to any further payment which may have remained unpaid.

4. Learned counsel for J. P. University does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the respondent no. 5 giving details with regard to payments which, according to him, still remain to be paid.

6. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 5 shall get the matter enquired from the records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If it transpires that any further amount is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
