Sessions Judge has talked in detail about the evidence, which has come against the petitioner and the fact that the FIR is of the year 2007 but the petitioner has been taken in custody only in the year 2014, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner as the entire trial will get delayed and vitiated by any liberty being shown to the petitioner at this stage.
