JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the petitioner and others entered into the house of the informant and tried to ravish the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for property dispute the accusation has been levelled when the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36821 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 six weeks from today in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Sasaram, Rohtas.
