2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 337, 338, 332, 333, 353, 307, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/40 of Bihar Minor Mining Concession Act, 1972 and Section 4, 6, and 8 of Bihar Mineral Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation of Storage Act, 2003 and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 registered in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that he was illegally transporting sand on his tractor but succeeded in fleeing from the place of occurrence. The genuineness of the paper produced by the petitioner could not be verified. It is submitted that the petitioner is the owner of one of the tractors and he has no knowledge about illegal transportation of the sand. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
