Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 01.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 2660 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/-, it is next submitted that though the bail was granted on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/-, but in words instead of Rupees Five Thousand it appears that inadvertently it was typed as Rupees Ten Thousand.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 01.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 2660 of 2022 is modified to be read as 'the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50839 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand).

Further, the time granted for surrender by order dated 01.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 2660 of 2022 is extended by further six weeks from today.

The order dated 01.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 2660 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Shivam/- U T
