2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandauti P. S. Case No. 473/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act

3. As per the prosecution case, 130 pieces of live cartridges were recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.
