The petitioner is an accused in a case under sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 307 of the Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have given Gadasa blow on the head of the informant causing simple injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Rajesh Mandal is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.136 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Basant Kumar, Judicial Magistate, 1st Class, Madhubani.
