JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 62054 of 2018 with observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of pistol and motorcycle from his possession. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge has been framed in this case and he is in custody since 6.7.2018 and petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.73962 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S.Case No. 380 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to cooperate in disposal of trial, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
