The petitioner seeks direction to the respondentsMagadh University for issuance of original certificate of having passed B.Sc. Physics (Hons) examination in 2013, which he is said to have passed in second class.

The petitioner contends that though he has been given provisional certificate and marks sheet for the said examination, the original certificate has, so far, not been issued. It is also the case of the petitioner that he had appeared in Part-I examination of B. Sc. Physics (Hons.) in 2007 and Part-II in 2008 and thereafter he had taken admission in Part-III in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5383 of 2017 dt.12-04-2017 2/2 session 2012-13 in K.P.S. College, Nadwa wherefrom he appeared in Part-III examination and cleared the examination in 2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the Controller of Examination, Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya to take a final decision in this regard in view of what has been contended by the petitioner in the present writ application. The Controller of Examination shall consider the contents of the present writ application as representation on behalf of the petitioner and pass an order within a period of one week. It should be duly communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
