Petitioner seeks bail in Chakiya P.S. Case No.124 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 412 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that police got information that few persons have assembled to commit crime. Total six persons were arrested. It is further alleged that only one mobile phone has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49831 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No.124 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
