The petitioner is an accused in 302/34 of the IPC and under sections 3(1)(X) of the SC and ST Act.

The dead body of Upendra Rajak, son of the informant was found from a ditch near a brick kiln. The informant alleged that this petitioner along with others killed his son on account of monetary dispute.

The petitioner states that no one has seen him with the deceased prior to the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2014.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner as mentioned above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47414 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Maner Police station Case No. 214 of 2014.
