The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for payment of arrears of salary as well as current salary since 02.10.2018 to March, 2022, July, 2022 to August, 2022 and October, 2022 to till date and further not to disturb the petitioner in discharging his duty as a Panchayat Teacher in Primary Schhool, Vishunpur Sangram.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for

Patna High Court CWJC No.11731 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 redressal of his grievance, the petitioner approached before the respondent authorities and also filed representations but the respondent authorities are sitting tight over the matter and no action has been taken as yet.

4. In such view of the matter, I have no option but to direct the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Sitamarhi (respondent no.5) along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that respondent no.5 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
