2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., total 600 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from five seized motorcycles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the seized motorcycle and has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances,
