The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.573 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

72 liters of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner is in jail since 16.10.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for two months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge(Excise), East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Excise Case No.573 of 2018.
