The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No.25 of 2019/Balia P.S. Case No.107 of 2019 registered under Sections 448, 354 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The accusation is that the informant along with her elder son had gone to Delhi in connection with her treatment on 16.03.2019. On 29.03.2019, the daughter of the informant informed her on phone that this petitioner entered into her house and started to unfold her Salwar. On the alarm being raised by the daughter and the son of the informant, nearby people of the informant came and the daughter of the informant was saved.

No.56973 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the nephew of the informant and due to family dispute, he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner, in the present case, is in custody since 10.04.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai, in connection with POCSO Case No.25 of 2019/Balia P.S.
