The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(C), 354(D), 387, 500, 292(2) of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is the friend of the son of informant and used to access the house of the informant. The marriage of the informant's daughter was fixed to one Taiyab Ansari in 2014. Thereafter, he used to send indecent photographs to Taiyab Ansari to defame the daughter of the informant and when the informant asked not to do so, he demanded a ransom of Rs.5,00,000/-.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48279 of 2014 (3) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 implicated in this case only on suspicion. He has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted against him and there is no chance of tampering with the witnesses.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S. D. J. M., Aurangabad/court concerned in Rafiganj P. S. Case No. 141 of 2014 after framing of charge with following conditions:-

1. The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any other offence.

2. One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, his bail bond would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
