2. Appellant had earlier preferred Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3265/2022 for grant of regular bail. However, the same was dismissed vide order dated 19.01.2023 on merit and no time frame was granted to the appellant to approach this Court.

3. Hence, Ld. Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial court on fresh grounds and thereafter, if needed, she may move this Court.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
