The petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents, especially respondent No.4 to mutate the land in the name of the petitioner in place of his father, who is no more alive, in relation to a land situated at Anchal-Tarapur, Maujamanikpur, District-Munger, Thana No.98 Jamabandi Raiyat Sabid Ali, Jamabandi No.72, Khata No.477, Khesra No.3828, Area 2.94 Acre.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that the land in question is a Raiyati land and the Khatiyan and Jamabandi have been coming in the name of Sabid Ali, the late father of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11702 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 the petitioner. The particulars of the land has duly mentioned in Paragraph No.5. After the death of the father of the petitioner, the petitioner filed an application before the Circle Officer but the same has not been entertained and disposed of till date compelling the petitioner to approach before this Court.

4. Considering the nature of the grievance this Court direct the respondent No.4 to take up the application of the petitioner and bring it to its logical conclusion in accordance with the provisions prescribed under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 expeditiously within a period of three months.

5. The writ petitions stands disposed of.
