The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S.Case no.164 of 2018 dated 6.9.2018 corresponding Excise Case No.873 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 288 ltrs. of liquor from the house of the petitioner and apart from that he is accused in two other similar type of cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, and earlier also the police had made him accused in two other cases and he is on bail in those cases and in this case he is in custody since

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of recovery as well as the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of four months, and if not concluded the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
