The petitioners, who are parents-in-law of the deceased, seek bail in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.40 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been in custody since 16.05.2019 and the allegations are vague, general and omnibus. It is further submitted that the allegation of pouring kerosene oil and setting the deceased on fire is also not believable. The children born out of the wedlock of the deceased with the son of the petitioners are being looked

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50705 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 after by them. In fact, the husband and wife could not live together but because the petitioners are parents of the husband of the deceased, they have also been made accused in this case. Considering the relationship of the petitioners with the husband of the deceased for which they have been made accused and their period of custody which is from 16.05.2019, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Gaya in connection with Anti P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019.
