2. Having heard learned counsels for the parties and for the reasons stated in this interlocutory application, this interlocutory application is allowed and the prayer mentioned in the interlocutory application is directed to be added to the prayer portion of this writ application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, considering the prayer mentioned in the present interlocutory application and in the interest of justice, the respondent University is directed to scrutinize the paper 3rd law of crimes of L.L.B. Part-I in which the petitioner has got only 34 marks and declared fail and the petitioner is directed to deposit the requisite cost for revaluation of the said paper within a period of two weeks.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
